v0.1.17 — feat: add AI agent team roster with personas and visual status

Release v0.1.17: AI Agent Team Roster

February 11, 2026

What changed

  • Added a Team tab to the project detail page showing all 14 AI agents with human personas — names, roles, avatars, and active/inactive status
  • Agents are grouped into three categories: Core (7 always-on), Specialist (4 togglable), and Automation (3 togglable)
  • Each agent card shows a status indicator dot, role description, and category badge
  • Inactive agents appear dimmed with a hint to enable them in Automation settings
  • A compact AI Team summary card was added to the Overview tab, showing active agent count with an avatar strip
  • A "hire more" prompt appears when agents are available to enable

Why it matters

Users can now see exactly which AI agents are working on their project and which ones are available to turn on. This makes the agent fleet tangible instead of invisible.

Technical notes

  • 574 lines added across 5 files (3 new components, 2 modified)
  • Agent personas defined in src/lib/agent-team.ts with config key mappings to pipeline settings
  • New Team tab inserted between Overview and Features in the project navigation
