Release v0.1.12: Live timestamps & heading consistency

What changed

• TimeAgo auto-update: The TimeAgo component now re-renders every 30 seconds via a useEffect interval, so relative timestamps (e.g. "5 minutes ago") stay accurate while the page is open. The interval is cleaned up on unmount and skipped when date is null.
• Heading consistency: The Competitors page heading was changed from text-3xl font-bold tracking-tight to text-2xl font-bold, matching every other dashboard page.

Why it matters

Users monitoring pipeline status no longer see stale timestamps without refreshing the page. The heading fix ensures a consistent visual hierarchy across the entire dashboard.
